25 Jan Seeds of Change: A Commitment to Education and Outreach
Peter and Vasantha, co-mission partners in South Asia, have been managing various responsibilities both individually and together.
Vasantha has been training young professionals at a local college, conducting counselling sessions, and hosting life seminars for diverse groups. She is also facilitating mental health workshops and researching psychotherapy supervision in India.
Peter, on the other hand, focuses on creating marketing materials for social media to generate income for various organizations. He also taught filmmaking to over 30 students at a Christian media school.
Together, they have been dedicating significant effort to outreach initiatives in the education sector. While they received interest from potential collaborators for 2025, many of their leads have not materialized, causing frustration.
In August, they found a marketing person and connected with a micro-financing company that linked them to school leaders, offering hope after struggles with cold calls.
However, despite their continued outreach, progress has been slow, and they have faced discouragement. Despite these challenges, they remain committed to trusting God’s timing, believing that their efforts will bear fruit in His perfect time.

- A breakthrough with their struggle to take their work into more schools and that more doors will open for partnerships with further education institutions.
- That the couple will complete their two new series titled “Sexual Integrity and the Consequences of bad Choices” (focusing on schoolgirls) and “Emotional Well-Being” (focusing on teenagers).
