Megan Lai, an accountant by training, has succeeded Marina Wong as the new Operations Manager effective Jan 21, 2016.

PN_Samaritan We are thankful to the Lord for His provision and protection during a challenging year in 2015 in Pakistan. During the year, we conducted five Samaritan Strategy training sessions, two translation review meetings and three follow-up meetings involving six different facilitators who were trained in 2014.

Nepal_Newsletter_Inside AsiaCMS have worked alongside our Nepalese co-mission partners to help in relief and rehabilitation efforts in Nepal. Relief materials like food items, tents and zinc sheets were provided in different parts of Nepal specially for the earthquake-affected areas of Dhading, Dolkha, Gorkha, Ramechhap and Nuwakot.

Many had their whole families wiped out in the devastation. The unofficial blockade imposed by the Indian government about four months ago aggravated the situation by causing a severe shortage of essential items.

Mission in China_Inside The Church Mission Society (CMS) has a long and illustrious history in China dating back to the 1800s. Bishop George Smith and T.M. McClatchie were the first CMS missionaries to be sent to China in 1844. The early missionaries were focused on health and education to help meet the pressing needs of that time. Their lives and works left behind a positive impact of their gospel message up till the present day.
